We have a full time position available at a very busy optometric private practice in Carthage, MO.
This practice has been owned and operated by ODs for 31 years.
Our office is located in a very busy town square with one of the most beautiful and historic courthouses in the country right outside our front door. Carthage is a small town at heart, but is in the crossroads between Joplin, Northwest Arkansas, Tulsa, and Kansas City.
We work out of one location, and our office was recently renovated in 2018. We have 3 doctors, and one of them is significantly cutting back hours which will allow for a transfer of patients and immediately full schedule. Mix of medical and vision exams. Compensation is very competitive and is structured as salary plus bonus based on production. Our doctors enjoy flexibility in schedule, working 4 days/week + more if desired.
